I-Antz Business Solutions - A build-as-you-grow approach

Today's organizations, in their race against time, are dependant on efficient networks of computers that are trouble-free and function seamlessly. Faced with shrinking margins, growing costs, and new competitors, many businesses are offering value-added services to improve customer loyalty. Today, big players who are rich in cash-reserves and revenues can afford high quality enterprise applications like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. Globalization, higher customer expectations, distributed data storages and use of different systems are the main challenges of enterprises today.

"Setting up an enterprise-wide application is a time consuming process and there has to be a good commitment from the side of vendor and the customer to realize that. It needs a high upfront capital investment which most SMBs are finding difficult. We work with them to identify the core module to automate first and then elaborate the system to the highest level as the company grows. You need a well designed system that can grow with your business" - says Girish S Prabhu, CEO of Trivandrum based I-Antz Business Solutions.

I-Antz Business solutions - earlier known as I-Antz Solutions - is specializing in developing custom developed enterprise applications, for the last 5 years. They have worked with several mid-sized organizations in different spectrum of industries. "Build-as-you-grow" approach has helped all of their customers including those in USA to use the technology for their core-business module and adding in other features as and when they need it.

Unlike conglomerates, SMBs cannot take risks of failed projects or changing vendors in the middle of the project mostly because of the capital expenditures associated with it. Even IT asset purchase would be budgeted and controlled since most of the SMBs have yet not identified IT as a support system. Today SMBs are confused with too many vendors for different products. There are no "off-the-shelf" packages available that fits overall requirements of any organization. "For example many of our customers use Tally for their accounting and other custom applications for business operations. But when you want to see an overall picture or a performance report of the business right this moment, you need to pull reports from here and there and it would really consume a good amount of time until you prepare the perfect report. We came up with solutions to automate business applications and link the module to Tally and other applications, so that the report generation is not tedious any more." Girish added.
