preview may be handy but if you have a large document and want to find out what’s
ailing it in a jiffy all you have to do in Word 2003 is choose View->Thumbnails
and the document’s pages will be shown as tiny thumbnails that are just
big enough for you to make out any whopping errors. To zoom in on a particular
page just click on the thumbnail and you will be there. In Word 2007 you can
use the scroll wheel on your mouse while holding down the CTRL key to quickly
zoom in or out. Keep zooming out and the thumbnails will appear.
