Talisma CRM 7.2 to enable personalized communication
Talisma has announced the availability of CRM 7.2, the next
edition of its multi-channel CRM solution that includes over 20 new features
and enhancements, including the addition of WebAxs, SMS text messaging and emergency
notification. The new solution is certified for Windows Vista, and Office 2007.
Talismas latest offering will help businesses provide a personalized customer
experience.

- WebAxs:
Browser-based access helps users access CRM through the Internet with
a subset of the features available in the desktop client.
- SMS Text Messaging:
Companies will be able to utilize SMS text messaging as a component
of their mass communication plans, allowing them to reach out to customers
using SMS Campaigns that can broadcast personalized messages.
