EU-IndiaGrid Training and Workshop

The event will take place in Pune, India from 24th to 28th September 2007. It will be organised by the EU funded project EU-IndiaGrid. The first phase of the workshop will cover a three-day tutorial on the basics of Grid computing and an introduction to the EU-IndiaGrid computing environment. This will be followed by technical sessions featuring invited talks on grid computing, high performance computing and applications by scientists from research institutes and industry. Registrations to the event are now open.

This event offers an overview of the basics of Grid computing together with a hands-on session and two dedicated tracks, one on Atmospheric & Earth Sciences, the other on Material Sciences.
