Remove personal information
Whenever
you work in a Microsoft Excel 2003 spreadsheet, details such as the author's
name, company name, date of document creation, last accessed time and other
information are saved. These can be checked by clicking File -> Properties.
If you do not want to keep such information, click Tools - Options. When the
Options dialog appears, click the General tab. After that check Remove personal
information from file properties on save. Close the dialog box and save the
document. Finally, check File -> Properties to ensure the information was
removed.
