ASUS opens dedicated service centre for notebook end-users
ASUSTek Inc. India has opened its first dedicated Asus Service Center in its
India headquarters in Mumbai. This service centre is aimed at providing after
sales support to the local notebook end-users directly from the company.
Speaking on the occasion, Sujit Chowdhury, Service Manager, ASUS India said
Service is an extension to our motto Commitment to quality.
This service centre will become a role model for the industry in terms of response
to enquiries, assurance of quality service and empathy to customer queries.

Patni rated strong performer by Forrester
In its recently published report, Global Delivery Infrastructure
Management Q4 2005, Forrester Research has rated Patni Computer Systems as a
strong performer. Using its Forrester Wave Methodology, Forrester evaluated
global and Indian service providers current offering and strategy against
28 different criteria for global delivery infrastructure management.The report
highlights Patnis strong points in the global infrastructure space such
as remote Wintel Management.
Mastek launches Elixir in India
International software solutions and services provider, Mastek has launched
