Candidates with sound knowledge of software engineering, technology and/or
respective business domain are always our first choice.

- Communication skills: Superior communication
skills are critical to any business. KPIT Cummins customers are spread
across the globe, so it becomes paramount that a candidate should have the
ability to communicate effectively while dealing with them and internally
with the team. A candidate should not shy away from making a point and should
be able to put it across in a positive and confident manner.
- Bandwidth: Higher bandwidth in terms of business/domain
knowledge, understanding of international trends/happenings in the IT industry
and respective technologies is a key strength of the candidate from KPIT Cummins
perspective.
