HutchMail from Hutchison Max Telecom

Hutch has announced the launch of HutchMail, a GPRS-based solution that gives executives access to their office mail on their Hutch phones. E-mail can be accessed from Microsoft Exchange and IBM Lotus Notes systems. This enables users to access their e-mail, both business or personal, on their phones without having to use a computer.

“HutchMail helps you access your e-mail from anywhere, anytime, whether you are in a meeting, out on a business trip, or at home,” says Naveen Chopra, Corporate VP, Group Marketing, Hutchison Max Telecom. HutchMail enables you to receive, view, save, edit and send Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF attachments. E-mail pops into your Hutch phone as soon as it appears on the server. All e-mail are protected with AES 128-bit encryption which ensures that the entire message, not just body text, is encrypted. HutchMail service supports the Nokia 60 and 80 series, Sony Ericsson, Windows Pocket PC and Windows smartphones.
