WatchGuard appoints Inflow as distributor

WatchGuard Technologies has announced a tie-up with Bangalore-based Inflow Technologies.

Under the deal, Inflow will be responsible for delivery and support of the WatchGuard Firebox line of integrated security appliances with complete model upgrade capability. The Firebox line combines firewall, VPN, deep application inspection, intrusion prevention functionality, spam blocking, Web filtering and authentication in a single appliance. Inflow will also help expand WatchGuard’s local channel of authorised resellers in their respective territories, and support WatchGuard Secure Partners with programmes including training, lead generation, and pre- and post-sales service and support.


PortWise joins OATH

PortWise has announced its support for OATH, the initiative for Open Authentication aimed at providing a reference architecture for authentication across networks.

“The growing worldwide demand for secure access to applications warrants a co-ordinated standards-based approach that is available to everyone,” says Jonathan Martin, Chief Marketing Officer, PortWise.

Satyam allies with Publishing Practice

Satyam Computer Services and The Publishing Practice have joined hands to deliver content and data solutions to publishing enterprises.
