Cubix launches Altusen KVM series in Chennai
Pune-based Cubix Micro Systems, all-India distributors for Aten, the world’s
largest KVM solutions provider, has launched the Altusen series of complete
server room control products in Chennai. The series includes switching solutions
for KVM over IP, Serial over IP, Power Management over IP, and MasterView Slideway
LCD KVM switch.
According to Nitin Naik, Director, Cubix, Altusen KVM switches would reduce
the cost of server and data centre maintenance by facilitating centralised control.
The 16-port KVM over the Net (KN9116) is an effective management solution for
huge data centres. It ensures 24/7 server room access to network administrators,
especially for critical operations, adds Naik. The MasterView CL-1208/CL-1216
KVM switch is an 8/16 port control unit that allows access to multiple computers
from a single KVM console.
