Samsung’s Miniket camcorder

Features: Samsung’s micro-compact digital camcorder has six functions. The Miniket series—VP-D352i, VP-D353i, VP-D355i and VP-M110S—come equipped with features such as Memory Stick Slot, 800 K Pixel CCD, Digital Image Stabiliser, USB 2.0 for downloading images or movie clips, PictBridge, and MPEG4 Movie Clip functionality. Exabyte’s LTO-3 Tape Autoloader

Features: Exabyte has launched the LTO-3 tape autoloader. The Magnum 1x7 LTO tape autoloader offers one LTO-3 drive and seven cartridge slots. The data transfer speed on the magnum 1x7 is up to 576 GB/hr with a capacity of up to 5.6 TB in a 2u form factor. The Magnum 1x7 includes a barcode reader and an Ethernet port for remote management. It is built with ExaBotics, Exabyte’s patented robotics systems. The LTO-3 Ultirium tape drives, when integrated by Exabyte, bring the capacity to 400 GB (800 GB compressed) and transfer speed to 80 MB per second (160 MB/sec compressed).

These plug-n-play drives are shockproof, dustproof, immune to magnetic fields, and they can be used to transfer files between different platforms (Mac, Linux, Windows).
