Controlling half the Unix server market as it does, Sun Microsystems
doesnt have a great deal of elbow room to grow in that
category. The natural route for it to take is to explore the
x86 server market. In the past, Sun has tried and failed to
crack this segment. This time around, however, its on
a winning pitch.
