Andhra Pradesh’s e-governance initiatives
Cisco Systems has successfully connected citizen utility centres for the AP government's e-Seva project. This project seeks to redefine citizen services by allowing them to make payments for using government services. It also facilitates the flow of information to the public, and B2C (business-to-consumer) services.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi transforms its operations
The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has been providing civic services to citizens of the national capital since 1958. With a view to getting civic jobs done efficiently, the corporation strengthened its administration at the zonal level.
