We have all been there. You are editing a humongous document in Word and
you cant make head or tail of where a particular section is. The easy
way out to organise monster documents is to use Words styles to tag
the headings and sub-headings in your file. Once youve done that,
you can use the Document Map thats accessible from View->Document
Map to find your way with ease using the tree structure it generates of
your document. Click on a heading and youre there. You can collapse
or expand levels of detail. |
