Offshoring and profits

CIRCUIT EC/ Mumbai

To address the offshore strategy agenda of companies in Europe, the Value Leadership Group has designed a series of conferences that will help companies leverage benefits of offshoring for competitive advantage. Participants who have already undertaken some offshore activities will gain from the opportunity to benchmark their experiences against the winning strategies of global leaders such as GE, and innovators such as Tecnovate, WNS, and Case Consult.

The conference, to be held on September 17, 2004 in Bonn and on September 20 in Frankfurt am Main, will have case studies that will highlight how an organisation can benefit from global processes and delivery models to pursue new business opportunities. Case studies will show that the offshore phenomenon is triggering the next wave in productivity growth, as highlighted in a recent study by the Institute of International Economics, Washington, DC.
