Adopting the right methodologies
Software development paradigms are shifting. The development group’s ‘team’ ability, and the role of the individual developer become more important as organisations recognise that the traditional approach of increasing process pressure and overworking team members is not getting the job done.

Mining gold
In the traditional approach, application programmers had to create an entire database environment each time they wrote a program. With the development of new models, techniques and strategies, the scenario is changing drastically.

Measuring efficiency
Measurement plays a critical role in effective and efficient software development, as well as provides the scientific basis for software engineering that makes it a true engineering discipline.
