eDiet Manager
The eDiet Manager application was designed to help users manage
their daily nutrition, exercise, and health. It helps to set and
achieve fitness and weight loss/gain objectives by providing the
tools necessary to track and analyse users daily records.
The application helps you to create personal diet profile and set
targets for losing, gaining and maintaining current weight. For
targets created, eDiet Manager offers a daily nutrition schedule
and keeps track of your meals. Dynamic change of schedule is possible,
according to the achieved results for each day. eDiet Manager supports
extensive libraries of various foods and sport activities. The foods
database of over 4,000 food items is maintained in 48 basic categories.
Calories and fat content for each food is provided. Choose among
84 different sports. Use the daily chart to view your progress.
The weight for a particular day is compared to the desired target
weight.
Weights v7.2
Weights v7.2 has been designed for rapid workout creation. Lifts,
sets, and supersets can be created with little effort using 78 predefined
lifts or from user-defined lifts. Different periods of rest time
between sets and lifts can be defined for each lift. Maintain notes
before and after each workout and lift. Weights v7.2 replaces your
workout journal for an electronic one.
Eat it!
With Eat It! you can log all the
foods that you have eaten throughout the day (a database with about
1,100 foods is included). Eat It! calculates the intake of calories.
Furthermore there are 25 nutrients, which are also analysed by the
program, including Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, iron, potassium,
fat, water, carbohydrates, cholesterol and even alcohol. You can
also store the results of your weight checks and compare them with
your diet goals
