In order to increase its share in the enterprise software market
in India, SAP plans to spend over $120 million over the next three
years through its Indian subsidiary, SAP India.

Corporation of India (ECIL) are among the 12 companies which have
been shortlisted by the Andhra Pradesh government to implement the

Infosys BPO subsidiary Progeon is all set to be the second service
provider for British Telecoms mega telecommunications services
outsourcing deal for India. HCL Technologies is the other partner
selected by BT.
HCL Tech plans fourth
BPO centre
HCL Technologies is planning to set up its fourth BPO facility in
Pune or Chandigarh by 2004. The company proposes to set up a 500-seat
centre with an investment of $7.5-$10 million.

HCL Technologies has bagged a $160-million five-year contract in
the business process outsouring (BPO) space from British Telecom
(BT).
