CIW is the largest vendor-neutral Internet skills certification. The popular Prosoft certification will be delivered exclusively through Prometric-affiliated test centres in India.

The global shift to a knowledge-based economy has opened up a plethora of avenues for career and training opportunities. Simultaneously, it has generated a whole new set of concerns surrounding the issue of security, leading to an increased requirement for skilled ICT workers. In fact, over the past years Indian companies have been sending an increasing number of employees abroad for security-related training. In addition, a recent IDC survey showed that security has emerged as the third major concern after research and development and technical know-how.

To meet the increasing security certification demand in the domestic market, ProsoftTraining has launched the internationally acclaimed CIW certification in India. The CIW Security Analyst Programme would enable a professional to implement a security policy, identify security threats and develop counter measures using firewalls and attack recognition technologies.
