in India, is gearing up for its third round of funding, due in the
next quarter.

Concerto Software India, a subsidiary of the US-based
customer interaction management (CIM) solutions provider Concerto
Software, is upgrading its activities on the customer support services
front, in an effort towards streamlining its operations.
SoftPro
steps into call centre business
SoftPro Systems, a software services and solutions provider
based in Hyderabad, has acquired a 26 percent equity stake, amounting
to Rs 2 crore, in Call World Technologies, an ITES company running
a 50-seat call centre and rendering services to companies like AT&T
and Master Card.
Barcode
India sets its focus on logistics companies
In order to push up its business, Barcode India is all
set to target the logistics market in India. This initiative
comes in the wake of increasing awareness among companies to manage
their logistics better for increased business efficiency,
said Ajay Bhutani, CEO, Barcode India.
