Network Associates launches Sniffer Pulse

Sniffer Technologies, a division of Network Associates, has launched Sniffer Pulse, an end-to-end management appliance to optimise Internet performance for enterprises and service providers.

Providing more than 200 user-friendly graphical metrics for real-time visibility into Internet traffic, the Sniffer Pulse appliance can detect, track and help resolve Internet performance issues both at the front- and back-end.

Because the solution is non-intrusive, it has the ability to monitor all Internet traffic without adding additional load to the network. Sniffer Pulse has the capability to help enterprise customers in the financial, insurance, manufacturing and telecommunications sectors architect a secure Internet system with optimal performance and high-levels of Internet uptime that are critical to revenue generation.
